What were your major responsibilities/duties in your last role?
I was asked about my salary requirement and that was unexpected because I did not think I was going to be hired on the spot. Also, I was former Army and was not familiar with the salaries in the private sector so even though the offer was a little better than what a sergeant makes, it was less than what I could have asked for. Always know what the going rate is for those in your field with similar experience and years of service so you can properly negotiate a "fair" salary but don't overprice yourself because you want to remain competitive....at the end of the day they are going to go with the cheapest person they can get who is capable of performing the work.
I was asked about time management, my learning curve, My Masters project and what were the constraints I had to face. How I solved them ? My short term adn Long term goals.
