I discussed the work I had done in the past, why I was interested in CVS, and what I was looking for. There were no difficult questions.
I felt like nothing was asked that was challenging or relevant except title and salary requirements. It felt like there was a lot of internal politicking ongoing, but difficult to say. I never heard back but decided I wouldn't take the offer. The interview process is a clear sign of how you will be treated in the organization.
What would you do when the client suddenly stopped replying to you.
Aside from behavioral questions, there was a lot of "tell me about a time where" questions, and a lot of discussion around a 30.60.90 day plan.
