Online Assessment (October): I received an automatic invitation to complete the SHL Cognitive Ability test, which took approximately 1.5 hours. My recommendation is to practice on YouTube beforehand. Also, prioritize completing the easier questions first to manage your time effectively. There was a section on Barclays Values, Mindset, and Traits with over 60 text questions. It's advisable to prepare by exploring the company's values. This part also took 1.5 hours. On-Demand Assessment (November): The next stage involved a comprehensive On-Demand assessment that included statistical and numerical questions, as well as a coding test. This phase took me over 2 hours to complete.
