The first interview with the hiring manager was all focused on examples I had that met the job description. The second interview was a case study focused on a) my understanding of marketplace trends and b) my critical thinking and analytical skills.
It's been a while so I can't remember, but the task involved making a presentation which demonstrated my abilities, and some examples of how I improved things at my previous company. The interview process was always friendly, unscripted, and low-pressured. A caring approach to ease the nerves.

To date, the series has launched about half of its courses and these are all highly rated by learners.
