The first stage was a Home Assignment in which apparently they give the same assignment for all the roles including data analyst, product mgmt etc. Even there yardstick for assessment is similar for all the roles which is very weird.

I was asked what salary do I want, which is a dishonest practice. It means "for how low an amount of money are you willing to work for us?" Just list the salary on your web, like a normal company. So that people don't waste their time applying for the job.
