Questions were relatively expected and easy to follow. That being said if I had to pick a the hardest questions I would just say it involved handling an irate customer.

How long do you plan to be with us? Is signing a noncompete an issue? Would going back to school be an option?
How have to dealt with an upset customer?
"What would you do on a typical day to stay busy during down time?" This threw me a bit because I had never worked at a bank. Another difficult quesiton was, "Tell us about a time when you offered a suggestion to an employer to make a process more efficient and it was applied?"
