Despite my previous attempts to address the issue, it is apparent that my concerns have been disregarded, as there has been no response or acknowledgment. This lack of response only compounds my disappointment with the level of service provided. I had hoped for a resolution to the matter, but it is clear that no further productive communication will occur. Consequently, I will be pursuing alternative avenues to address the wasted time and unprofessional conduct experienced during this process. It is unfortunate that it has come to this point, but I feel it is necessary to take matters into my own hands.
