Phone inetrview , they majorly targeted my resume (Skills , projects, previous work experience). Did ask a few logic design questions setup hold, nand gate etc. Onsite was not that bad asked on Sync/Asyns FIFO design (had to write verilog code- explain corner cases), state machines (detect a sequence), 4-5 Puzzels, Verilog questions.
Difficult question was, describing the flow of a 64 bit MIPS
Wanted to discuss dynamic memory allocation.

Explain the working of a clock in D-flip flop which can be used to measure variable frequency from the crank shaft.
Very in depth questions on op-amps, electrical circuits and basic knowledge. Asked about previous positions worked for No trick questions like "describe a time..."
The interview was mainly technical questions with only two behavior question asked. Be prepare to talk about your resume. I missed a few technical questions. So if you really missed some questions during the interview, don't panic. It is Ok. Just Follow your heart and you will do great.
