The questions were all fairly easy. Overall, you want to show them that you can work as part of a team and that you have experience doing so as they are very big on time efficiency and team work. Also, have experiences/stories in mind to share! The questions on here WILL help you prepare. They ask everyone the same questions off of a sheet of paper. Why do you want to work at target?
