Number of units in previous employers collection; volume of units processed in one month; number of workers in previous employers production team; experience with fitting sessions and corrections. Ability to communicate corrections by email. Note: interviewing here is like being interviewed by the police and you are a suspect of a crime you did not commit. Even when you tell the truth, you are precieved as lying.
Behavioral situation based questions: "How you handled it?" like "Convince someone to see things your way", "Situation when you used written communication skills", "a time when you failed & how you handled it", "presenting to a group without being prepared"
