All of the questions are regarding situations and begin with the phrase, "Describe a time when..."
The one question that I remember is "Describe a task in a previous job that was difficult for you and how you overcame it."
They will ask you thorough questions about naming times in your life where you overcame a professional challenge. They look at relevant experience and place you where they see that experience relevant to the work industry.
