I asked what the salary range was , it was well below the going rate for an average engineering technician and about 15000 a year less than i currently make . So I passed , not sure why anyone with a college degree should have to be paid that low , or how they could meet basic needs like rent in California.

They asked about technical proficiency with hardware, experience in consumer hardware and cannabis, my goals and desires going forward, and my interest in the company specifically. They also asked me about my life and interests in a more casual light as well which was encouraging and helped ease the nerves.
