I was actually surprised at how little they asked about my previous work experience. While I had previous experience that directly translated to the job, they do hire A LOT of people with zero experience. That speaks volumes because there really is not a shortage of warehouse/material handler people seeking work. They seem to hire lots of young people with very limited work history. I also never saw a female hired for the dock when I was there.
