Questions were based on the the interviewers own work experience. They had not read or even looked through cv beforehand. That showed in the standard of questions. They dont understand that to get the best out of a candidate they should at least review the cv before so they can be targeted and effective with questions. After 2yrs of having signed off a blue print for the digital transformation, now only are the trying to work out what services should stay in house and what should be outsourced. No wonder this project is massively behind.
