(All as one question from a senior person in the Department). Give me an example of how you delivered a project to stakeholders? What was the success criteria you agreed beforehand? How was it agreed that success would be measured and how did you perform on this rating?
Provide and example of how you promoted using department resources wisely.
Case study (based on an actual problem they worked on): A Starbucks Cafe is planning to change its source for a food product to a more local source. You have 1 year of historical order and sales data. How would you determine how much of this food product to buy for a given day?

Interview was very negative - like an interrogation - supervisor made it clear they did not want to promote me. Rather than phrasing a question such as "Have you ever done xxx...?" they took the printed job specs and said "You have never done xxx, have you?
