They ask you basic customer service questions and also asked about integrity. some of the questions I remember were "would you report if you saw someone stealing anything", "If there was a line of customers waiting on checkout and you need to clear it up but a random customer comes and asks you question, what would you do?"

What do you do when you see geeks are seeing a customer's personal information on a device? What do you think we should do when we broke a customer's device? When a customer comes with a new device he had just bought but he is not satisfied with it, and thinks that has bought the wrong device. What do you do? When a long queue of customers forms in front of you, what do you do? (ask for help/ organize them if they have appointments/ …)
