The interviewer asked detailed questions about optimizing paid media campaigns and structuring SEM strategies, none of which were mentioned in the job description. There were no questions related to client experience management, and the interview seemed to focus entirely on skills more aligned with a marketing role, not the responsibilities outlined in the job description

They asked basic questions about my background. One person asked a data driven question and we spent the good majority of the 45 mins on that question alone.
