The phone interview involved a lot of scenario questions, as well as experience questions. It was a little more involved than some of the phone screening questions I have gotten before. The in person interviews were more about job fit, not only by experience, but also by what work environment works best for you. They really care about culture fit. Specific question asked was - What type of management do you prefer?
