Tell me about a time you made a mistake amongst their mind-blowing elementary questions, it was so surprising it completely threw me off. At that level and for such a technical role I would have at least expected a 'Tell me about a time you have struggle to reach a decision on a case and why'. Like, lets get to the point. It may surprise them to learn that some of us literally have never made a significant mistakes at work. Improvements but not outright mistakes. We exist! Such unhelpful generic language. Disappointing.
