Phone call screener with a human resources representative to discuss shift preference and location preference and salary. Hopefully followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager from either 1st or 3rd shift.
The interview was straight forward but they are selective, they dont hire everyone because they want to make sure new employees have experience. If you have the experience those questions are not too hard to answer
Group interview with group of manager and suoervisior with different department. They will ask individually question, then they will take you on a manufacturing area to show their process and they will ask to do some test.
