Met with Managing Director, Marketing Director and HR Director
Questions were general questions you would expect
Whole interview took about 1 and a half hours, felt a real rapport and like my views on how I saw the company were sought because they really wanted to have the best image
Would recommend this company to anyone in the Microbiology field

Submitted a writing exercise and corresponding PowerPoint presentation prior to the interview. Met with the hiring manager and then the department Project Managers to present the slides and answer generic interview questions related to the role during the remainder of the interview. Was completely ghosted and never received a rejection.

El proceso consta de 3 fases. La 1º es telefonica con RRHH, la 2º es via teams con rrhh y tu manager (preguntas tipicas de entrevista SMART), y la 3º es la última fase presencial (con rrhh, tu manager y aqui se incoporó la directora de rrhh), te hacen presentar un caso relativo al puesto (en que va a afectar la IA, automatizacion y ML a los proveedores de IVD). El caso lo presentas durante 20 minutos. No dan mucho feedback sobre el puesto. Cumplen expectativas sobre tiempos de respuesta, enviaron email para informarme de que no habia sido seleccionada.

Retour 2 mois après avoir postulé sans nouvelle entre-temps. Entretien de pré-qualification très scolaire, pas intéressant, n’a su répondre à aucune de mes questions et n’a pas creusé grand-chose.
Après avoir reçu un refus par mail, j’ai demandé plus d’informations pour mieux comprendre d’autant que l’entretien n’avait pas démontré de lacune. Aucun retour. Ni le suivi, ni la qualité des entretiens n’est à la hauteur, c’était décevant.
