The interview process was straightforward. It started with an initial HR video screening, This was followed by a discussion with the hiring manager, and concluded with a conversation with a director over a different department. Overall, the first two interviews were conversational and not overly technical, but the third felt more focused on experience and fit. Only downside is after going through this process as a whole they didn't take time to send real feedback on why they were not moving forward with me, just a canned response email. Also never really knew who I could email to show I was interested in the position.
