I was interviewed with two panelists (Managers). There were 8-9 questions and are mainly situational questions on how you'll handle when something goes wrong while assisting with a client. The questions were brief. You are to answer using your past/present personal experience or something you encountered in school or current work. If they take a lot of notes then that is good news.
How do you work with other people?
Name a time when you had to show leadership skills, whether at work or school.
What does good customer service mean to you? Can you describe a situation where you felt you gave excellent customer service?
How would you respond if someone threatened to commit suicide over the pone?
Can you describe a time when a manager/supervisor/coach gave you criticism and how did you respond?
