Initial briefing and screening over the phone. Later based on convenience of the Panel and my availability - a date and time was fixed. A panel of Managers had discussion for nearly 45 mins. on various aspects of the role. Subsequently, a round of interview was also conducted by HR Manager. Post discussion with the Panel and HR personnel, the outcome was updated to me in couple of days timeframe.
