I consider my leadership skills to be one of my greatest strengths. During my time as a ground attendant, I successfully organize the team for thousand of people and hundred flight for all team members to ensure that everyone was confident in our role. As a result, we were able to increase sales because we provide the customer satisfaction and we meet the on-time performance every month.
