the analytics test takes 2 hrs and you better prepare: there are 32 questions, the first is whether you were able to download the data, another 27 are based on 2 csv data files and another 4 are open qustions.

Interview
Call with HR, 3-4 phone screens with current O&L Managers, culminating in a site visit where you have back-to-back-to-back interviews (1 hr each) with two interviewers for each interview.
You also had to do an excel based data analytics homework before you could qualify for an interview.
The screens consist of behavioral questions and the final round is mostly case.
At the end of the final interview (typically with someone more senior), you get assigned homework which have you have to send in within a day or two.
Ultimately no offer, and the recruiter offered feedback, but didn't really make a sincere attempt to get on the phone to give it.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uber in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and got an email from a recruiter the enxt day. I scheduled a 30min call for the next week, basic resume walk-through.
Recieved the analytical test and passed in about 1hr 40min.
10 mins later I get an email from the recruiter with follow up interviews with GM from the city and another L&O Manager. 30 min call with each and haven´t heard back from them yet...
