Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
The interview process lasted a little over a week and a half. The first phone interview was a simple tell me about yourself and I'll tell you about the role sort of thing. Next came the analytics test which consisted of 32 questions. I don't think I answered the long answer questions properly so I didn't make it past that step.

I applied online. I interviewed at Uber in Nov 2014
Interview
Unprofessional and a random interview process.
Its slow..They make you take a test, and then call for a happy hour (thats cool of them though), but they will call you at a super noisy place where you cant talk. So I felt its their personal benefit to invite you to such a place. You meet some nice people, but you have to talk loud and make yourself heard.
HR is slow..U have to chase them after every interview..Had 2 interviews (which went very good though) after that..and the HR blocked my number wen I tried to reach him post that..That was the most unprofessional behavior shown from any HR so far and as well as from the Interviewers. They wont respond to your emails or call what so ever. Either they arent competent enough, or they hate to entertain people once they feel they dont need them. A courteous behavior is all that you look forward to during such times but Uber lacks it. They are too new and lack the process and professionalism.
Its a single man's army, so surely there is not a team who looks at you collectively.
