I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapour) in Jun 2022
Interview
5-6 rounds of interview
1st round with the recruiter and last with the HRBP.
In between were the stakeholders whom you will work closely with. There were approximately 3-4 of them. where they asked hypothetical questions which were repeated over and over again from the same question bank.
Demeaning question - "Why were you on the previous role for such a short while? I saw one of the interviewers on linkedin with a shorter duration in his/her prior experience than mine. Not sure was it out of personal curiosity or professional courtesy.
Notoriously known for their poor interview experience.
I got multiple offers on the same day and i was just asking (through mail and whatsapp) whether there will be offer after investing 6-7 hours for those rounds in total. The recruiter went silent till this day which puzzled me. I have interviewed with them before and there will be updates whether you got the role or not.
It's just a simple yes or no for goodness sake. On the flip side, i went with the other offer. Best decision ever.

A recruiter reached out to me about a job opening and I decided to pursue it. The process was easy and enjoyable. The recruiter kept me updated throughout the 3-week interview process and I ultimately met with 6 people over Zoom calls.

3 panel interviews with: Hiring Manager, Team Lead, Program Manager
The whole process took about 1 month but they were pretty responsive except for their coordinator. They never answered my questions when they offered to help through email.
