Third Bridge interview questions

This is a scam. At no point do you communicate with a human during the interview process. Everything is handled via email and a one way video recording that is timed. They have you answer a series of questions that are recorded. Then you hear back via email if you're being moved forward or not. 3 weeks after submitting my video recording, I received a job offer via email. They do a bait and switch. They advertise as an hourly contract role, but this is really a paid by task role with unrealistic metrics to meet the hourly rate. You only get paid out after 45 from the work completed, so expect to likely not get paid at all.

Not a great experience overall. I had a first round interview with a recruiter who was late by 30 minutes, and the whole interview felt quite rushed. I had trouble understanding my interviewer and felt bad for asking him to repeat himself multiple times. What's worse was that my interviewer did not seem to be focused during our interaction. And I heard nothing back after the interview.
