Third Bridge interview questions

Head hunted off Linkedin recruiter set up interview cancelled and rearranged and never called back great candidate care guess they have their choice of candidates. Why would you want to work for a firm that behaves like this during the recruitment process ? Slick web site talking about great culture but basic approach to candidates is over looked.

Little sad office lost in a beautiful building. Employees seemed quite stressed, we could feel the pressure welcoming us... Interview went quite well until a phone call. I didn't match the profile, and the recruiter became extremely rude, almost disrespectful. I have never felt that uncomfortable leaving an interview.
