Interview Experience:
I applied for a position and was invited to an introductory video call. Due to a scheduling misunderstanding, I missed the original time and followed up promptly to express continued interest. However, I was informed that the interview would not proceed.
This experience revealed some challenges in communication and scheduling flexibility. While I appreciated the chance to be considered, the process felt somewhat rigid and could benefit from clearer coordination.
Advice to Candidates:
Double-check scheduling details early and be mindful that rescheduling may not always be accommodated.
