I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target
Interview
They came to campus for the career fair and the following day they held interviews. No technical questions were asked, all behavioral. It was super easy, I think they were looking to fit culture more than technical skills. Overall internship ended up being very IT like and not great for a software engineer.

Interview
Talked to them at my school's Career Fair and they scheduled me for a 30 minute interview the following morning. Very friendly and my recruiter I talked to at the Career Fair met and gave me words of encouragement before and after the interview. Heard back about 3 weeks later.

Online test
-Aptitude Test(Logical Reasoning, English, Numerical Ability)
-Computer Science based questions related to Operating Systems, Data base Management Systems, Data Structures, et cetera
-1 coding round with an easy question:
To print the comments from an input program file (.cpp/ .java)
They focus more on how you solve the problem, not whether you coded it completely or not. If time is insufficient then you could type in the algorithm or pseudo code, which is what many of us did as suggested by one of the interviewers during the pre-placement talk itself.
