I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Sep 2016
Interview
Talked with a campus recruiter which resulted in setting me up with an interview. I interviewed the next day which was all behavior, no technical questions. Interview was pretty laid back as I was told a lot about how it is to work at Target. I was contacted to call them back, I didn't many times but never got an answer.

Interview
Talked with a recruiter at the career fair and set up an interview for later that week. They sent me an email the night before the interview explaining a few things about the company and what to expect.
Overall not a bad experience except for the fact that they promise a response within 2 to 3 weeks either way, and they don't live up to that promise.
