Sysco Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very process oriented with generic scripted questions. Not specific or customized to the role one is seeking. Too formal and not conversational. The overall experience is somewhat robotic the interviewers don’t have much leeway to go off script.

First recruiter calls and sets up interview and then interviewed by one person. Extensive background check but no drug test if working from home. If chosen training is 4 to 5 weeks via Webex (if work from home) and 5 weeks of OJT but through Microsoft Teams.
