Interview process involves 2 rounds, first one with the manager of the store and second one with the district manager. They mainly use the STAR method of asking questions, so be ready to talk about how you handled various situations in the past.

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
