Online assessment: part 1 is competency based questionnaire, 18 questions, which can be found on scribd.com; part 2 consists of two parts, part 1 is decision-making tests, part 2 is numerical test, which can be tricky at the beginning, you can best practice them on jobtestprep.
Next round is telephone interview based on the CAR categories of Shell, all the questions can be found on glassdoor, most important is that you must prepare a lot of stories which can be used for answering those questions.

What is your biggest achievement and what did you do? What was the challenge that you faced? Hoe would you work in a diverse team?
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
