1 hr screening by recruiter from Saint Gobain followed by 6 1-hr interviews over 4 weeks with different leaders and scientists that would interface with the role. There was another call with recruiting wanting me to write an essay about why I was qualified for the job. They called again and said they would follow up in a week, then they ghosted me. It was about an 8 week process. Each interview required preparation, setting aside my time and energy and then they just ghosted me even after I sent a follow-up. Unprofessional company that wasted my time.
