They bring you in and make you give presentations on their business segments. After you have done this they keep you up really like described the job and benefits, etc. They toss in a few ice breakers and group competitions to spice things up a bit. Once, it is about 4 in the morning they let you go to bed. The next day you wake up at about 7:30 to go on a tour of one of the work sites. Then they keep you up really late again to do exit interviews, which consist of you telling them what business segment you want to go to and where to work. Easy interview in my opinion, they just make it hard to eliminate weak cats.
