Interview
I had 3 interviews with Riot, all of them are friendly and weren't tense at all. They didn't make me wait and they always let me know when they can reply back to me. Depending on the interviews and people, it seems like it is a fun place to work. I actually messed up at the technical interview so I can't get the job.
I received an email for an interview. I joined the google meet at the date and time given and no one from Riot games turned up. I waited for 10 minutes.

Interview
There were 3 phone calls regarding background and general technical skills. After that there was a fly in and for a 5~6 interviews on site, based on personality and very abstract technical skills.
