One phone interview and one interview face to face. I applied through the University website and I have been first called on the phone, they asked me to clarify my CV. After they called me for an interview at their office and they asked me a market sizing case and some random questions

More like a question answer system rather than a conversation and a focus on tools previously used.
Highlighted the categories of brands and the job description. Interviewer was friendly though.

On the first step there is a Human Resources Interview, basically to review your background;
Then there is an Excel test - Analytical and Exel Skills like Pivot Tables, Vlookups, analysing numbers and the Market;
Interview ith the Manager, basically to get to know better the person and align expectations. Some difficult questions might be expected and this is the place where the manager decides if you have the fit for the company or you don't
