The process was long and tedious. I provided a video interview and then had to make a presentation before I met with leadership. There wasn't a lot of communication in between steps so the whole process took much longer than it needed to. I came highly recommended by a director in another department and had more experience and skill than what was required of the position and seemed to be very unorganized in the hiring process. The group who was hiring acted as if I had no qualifications. I politely ended the interview process before an offer was extended as I didn't want to work for an organization that presented itself so poorly in the interview process.
