Paychex interview questions

Interview was awful, when I asked questions such as turnover and comp plan changes, hiring manager became very defensive...seems as though he realized I would see straight through issues this company is currently having and only wants to hire Naive people. Even went to the extent of him saying you act like you don't want to be at this interview like your not excited about the position. I had to remind him that he has only asked about my career OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS, and nothing had been mentioned about the position to get excited about. Then when they talk about the comp plan, they try to include the "expense account" in your base salary...Hello - expenses are just that..this is only a reimbursement of what you have taken out of your pocket, this is not income!

I more or less have a question. I did a phone interview on this week, and have a 1 on 1 interview last next week. I am hopeful that i wil get this pt position. So far all has gone ok. I know some people who work here in various areas, but they have worked there for a long time and dont know the answer. on the application does it ask if "you have ever been commited of a crime" or "in the last 10 years have you been commited of a crime" or something along those lines. I am just wondering any help is helpful. thanks
