Applied online through the website and within a week I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was really easy to speak with and asked a set of questions that were mostly open-ended (What have you been doing to give back to the community? Why are you interested in working for Panda?...). After that she asked me about the Mission and Values of the company (Make sure you looked this over!).
Received a call the following Monday to go in for an interview at the corporate office. However, the interviewer emphasized the importance of enrolling and taking "Landmark" courses before meeting upper level management (it's pretty pricey $500, and i think she said there was a 15% discount from Panda). In addition to that, the interviewer said there would be about 6 interviews in total counting the phone interview.
I didn't think it was a good idea for me to take the Landmark courses given that I wanted an offer before doing so.
