Panda Express interview questions

The interview process is very lengthy and took me four interviews including an on the job tryout before getting to the final interview. They call it a Panda Preview and expect you to peform several tasks cooking and serving customers.They are very thorough and from my experience and others it may take three to four weeks before any decision is made.

2 interviews, 1 "Panda Preview" 1st with Area coach who operates around 10 restaurants. 2nd is with a Regional director who oversees 100 restaurants. Then a Panda preview, 5 hour (1 day shift) that exposes you to the Panda Express restaurant culture. You talk to a hiring manager from HR to Asks typical questions: What do I know about the restaurant business? Tell me about you. What's your weakness (they call it an opportunity, to objectively identify a weakness to work on. I don't think they want to hear that "phrase a weakness as a strength)? What do you want in the future? What do you know about Panda Express? What do you bring to the table for Panda Express?
