Interview
PX is currently utilizing Taleo system to accept online application and the local managers/ACO would call the candidate for interview accordingly. Once you pass the first interview (phone and person) for manager position, often time a second interview, an on job evaluation (OJE), is provided and you will need to 'show your potential' at that time to see if this job and the candidate fit well. As for the regular crew position, no OJE will be provided.

The interview process is very lengthy and took me four interviews including an on the job tryout before getting to the final interview. They call it a Panda Preview and expect you to peform several tasks cooking and serving customers.They are very thorough and from my experience and others it may take three to four weeks before any decision is made.

I don't think they want to hear that "phrase a weakness as a strength)? What do you want in the future? What do you know about Panda Express? What do you bring to the table for Panda Express?
