Panda Express Counter Help interview questions

This process took a total of 26 days from the day I applied to the day I got the offer. It was your basic interview they were evaluating my speech and how I help myself. They asked me simple questions like "Why did you choose to apply at panda?" And things like that. Two weeks after my interview they called me to do a background check. For open house interviews many interviews are done in groups. Do not be intimidated by other interviewees and do not fade into the background. Be polite when answering questions and make sure you come off as confident but not arrogant. When meeting with my interviewers (I had two in my group interview) I noticed the interviewees that were smiling and more energetic were more concentrated in. Anyone who looked like they did not want to be there or didn't have any enthusiasm were passed over.
