Oracle Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

3 Stages Phone call with recruiter very informal, followed by interview with manager, then final interview with senior team member which was a bit more formal, very straight forward and to the point, took 3 weeks.

I had an initial screening with a recruiter, then two back-to-back interviews with other staff members, including a mock sales call. I heard back about their decision the next day. They were very transparent throughout the hiring process, evening insinuating that I already had secured the job.
