It was an average difficulty level interview.
They need banking domain people.
They had openings for flexcube product.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a basic phone screening to see if I was a good fit. I then had a technical phone interview with a manager. I was asked basic questions about databases, and other questions in terms of working on a team, long term goals, etc. The final round interview is basic HR questions. They want to learn more about you, personally. Process took a few weeks. I was made an offer about a day after the final round interview.

Interview
It was a Campus Recruitment process.
All the applicants went through a long 2-3 hr MCQs test.
The MCQs were targeted towards basic Math, English and Computer Science questions (especially Data Structures). Overall the questions were not too difficult.
The shortlisted applicants were then called on next day for Technical Interview followed by an HR interview.
The Technical Interview tested the knowledge of Applicant on basis of his Academic projects, Java & SQL.

Saw projects and asked questions on project implementation.
Puzzle Question - A man has 3 bags each with 10 coconuts. While travelling from one place to another, he has to pass through 30 tolls. At each toll he has to give 1 coconut each coconut-bag as toll tax. How many coconuts does he have after reaching destination ?
