Welcoming and friendly staff.
Arrived for the interview and was given a vignette to formulate an individual for a short time. Then went into the interview room, and the main interview was comprised of 7 questions. 4 of the questions were based on things like motivation, dealing with conflict etc. and 3 of the questions were scenario based including a question on the vignette given at the start of the interview, to go through the formulation you developed.

long interview with a panel of at least 5 people, going over your test results from the test stage. Quite intimidating and aslo asking how this reflects the hospitals core values
