I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Bengaluru) in Jan 2021
Interview
I think few rounds were ok but hiring and bar raiser was awful, super unprofessional folks. To add salt to the injuries they offered me half of my current compensation and asking me to join.

Interviewer Doesn't know how PWA works
Group Engineering manager trying to down level you by telling the feedback before the interview.
Such unprofessional people i never want to apply here
Had a technical screen with one member of the team I was interviewing for. He asked one question and we spent some time going over logical reasoning regarding solutions, and then code. Then I did a virtual onsite with five interviews, including an "as appropriate" interview with someone higher up. Most of the questions were easy/medium, and the interviewers varied from friendly to mildly angry. I was told afterward that my feedback was great, but the position had been filled, and I declined to look for other positions, as it was really just that one I wanted.

Question 1
Logically fairly simple, but some questions involved more uncommon data structures. Not easy, but simple if you're well-prepared.
Interviewer was friendly and try to inspire you to answer questions. Based on the interview result they seem to accurately reflect your coding level. That also helps you to judge whether you are ready for such job or ponder whether you are the right fit. Overall, good interview culture.
