Microsoft Project Manager interview questions

I first received a call from the recruiter. Initial Interviews: These were a mix of behavioural and technical questions. Final Loop: Strategy, execution, and hypothetical product releases were all covered in the final round. I learnt a lot about the culture at Microsoft and what they generally look for in their interviews from Product Alliance’s flagship course.

Interview process was very streamlined. Very nice people. Hiring manager was friendly. Job posting was accurate to what they interviewed on and set expectations on for the role. Tested for PM frameworks for prioritization and product development.
